2-9-2012 - Contraceptive Ruling is an Attack on Religious Liberty
As many of you know, on January 20, 2012, Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Kathleen Sebelius issued a final rule mandating contraceptive and other coverage in the individual and group health insurance markets beginning in 2013. While there is a small religious exemption, its scope is so narrow that it would only apply to places of worship.
